Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Event Coordinator to join our team. The Event Coordinator will be responsible for planning, organizing, and executing various events to ensure successful outcomes. These can include weddings, group tours, private and conference events. This role will include weekends due to the nature of the business.

**Responsibilities**:

- Plan and coordinate all aspects of events, including logistics, catering, entertainment, and decorations
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their event needs and preferences
- Manage event budgets and ensure all expenses stay within the allocated budget
- Provide exceptional guest services before, during, and after events
- Utilize strong time management skills to meet deadlines and ensure events run smoothly
- Upsell event services to enhance the overall experience for clients

**Skills**:

- Detail orientated
- Proficient in organizational skills to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Excellent communication skills to interact with clients, vendors, and team members effectively
- Experience in hospitality industry or event planning is preferred
- Strong time management abilities to meet deadlines and handle last-minute changes efficiently
- Ability to upsell services to enhance the event experience for clients

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From £25,500.00 per year
