We are working in partnership with a well-established, values led professional services organisation who are looking for an experienced, driven and proactive Learning & Development Lead to join the team.

Joining an engaging and successful HR team, reporting to the Head of HR, your role will be varied and key to the success of the organisation. You will take a lead role on the internal Development Academy, supporting the career development of aspiring individualskeen to take the next step on the ladder.

The culture of this organisation is one of continuous development and support and this, combined with your proactive approach to spotting learning opportunities and building relationships will give you a creative environment in which to thrive.

Your planning and organising skills will be essential to the smooth running of the L&D programme, ensuring that the right opportunities for development are presented to employees in ways they find engaging and relevant.

A desire to help the next generation with their careers is also essential to the success of the Trainee and Apprenticeship programme and this role will allow you the opportunity to be involved at every step of their early development.
