Stanleys Bar & Restaurant

We are looking for someone to fit in with our small Stanley’s team, you need to be self-motivated and presentable with a desire for providing quality service for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
Dealing with members of the public

To be able to prepare draft beer, mixing spirits and making cocktail

Using the till system and handling money from customers

To keep glasses stocked up and utensils/bar equipment clean at all times.

To keep the bar, work areas and tables clean and tidy where possible

Preparing garnishes for all drinks and cocktails.

Greeting customers as they settle down at the restaurant tables and introducing them to the menus.

Handling and serving food to customers while insuring a high standard of customer service.

Taking the customers’ orders and delivering them to the kitchen staff for preparation.

Inquiring if the customers are satisfied, giving bills and processing payments.

You must have:
Availability to work various shifts between Wednesdays to Sundays including Bank Holidays were necessary.

Positive can-do attitude towards customers and colleagues

Ability to work in a team but also on your own

**Experience**:
Bartending/ Restaurant experience preferred but not essential, full training will be provided
