**Job Summary**:
**Essential Duties**:

- Answer incoming calls from customers and other callers in a professional manner
- Handle all customer inquiries and complaints in a timely manner
- Provide accurate and timely information to customers
- Answer customer questions about our products and services
- Track down missing records from the Records Department
- Process Customer purchases and returns
- Follow up on customer inquiries and complaints
- Identify opportunities for improving existing processes and develop new ones to improve efficiency
- Research problems and identify solutions
- Maintain open communication with other departments as necessary
- Maintain daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports on your performance metrics as required by your manager
- Assist with other projects as required by your manager

**Qualifications**:

- High School Diploma or equivalent required. College Degree preferred.
- 1-2 years’ experience in a Call Center environment required. 3-5 years’ experience preferred.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £22,000.00-£26,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

- Commission pay
- Yearly bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- London, SE6: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- A-Level or equivalent (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Customer service: 6 years (required)
- Call Center Representative: 5 years (required)
