Are you a passionate leader in sports and physical activity? Do you have a proven track record of working with children and inspiring them to participate in physical activities? If yes, we want you to join our team

We are on the lookout for a talented and driven individual to take on the role of [insert role]. As a key member of our holiday programme, you will be responsible for leading and supervising children in a range of educational and physical activities, with a strong emphasis on utilising sport to promote engagement. In your capacity as a leader, you will have the important task of motivating and inspiring children, fostering their physical development, teamwork, and social skills. Additionally, you will collaborate closely with other team members to manage active camps and act as the primary point of contact for children, parents, and coaches throughout the day.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- As a Camp Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the running of activities and supporting staff members on camps.
- You will be responsible for preparing, delivering and evaluating well-structured and progressive physical activity sessions programs, ensuring a high-quality, enjoyable experience centred around the needs of the participants.
- You will be expected to complete risk assessments, identify and overcome barriers to participation amongst children, and prioritize access and inclusion.
- You will be accountable for managing children's behaviour to ensure a positive learning environment while carrying out duties in accordance with the Aspire and awarding organization policies, including equal opportunities, child protection, and health and safety.
- You will attend appropriate professional development opportunities and be a positive role model, creating a positive and fun environment in which to motivate and encourage children to participate in physical activity.
- As a leader, you will be a positive ambassador for the Aspire Active Education Group brand, demonstrating our company values and assisting with promoting Aspire products and services.
- You will be responsible for achieving company targets, as well as being the point of contact during the day for children, parents, and coaches working on your camp.

- £12.50 per hour

**Dates of work**:

- Monday 3rd April to Friday 14th April 2023 (excluding Good Friday and Bank Holiday Monday)
- Tuesday 30th May to Friday 2nd June 2023
- Wednesday 26th July to Friday 1st September 2023
