**About the role**

We are seeking a Student Complaints & Conduct Administrator to work alongside our Student Complaints & Conduct Officers to support activities associated with the student complaints and conduct processes and policies at the University of Suffolk, ensuring all tasks and responsibilities are carried out in line with University policies. This is an exciting opportunity to make a real difference to the student experience and play an integral role within the department.

The position is based within the Office for Student Complaints and Conduct (OSACC) within the Student Life and Registry Services Directorate and the postholder will work very closely with students, academic and professional services staff across the University and its Partners.
