Location: Welwyn Garden City
**Job Type**: Permanent
**Salary**: £20,000 - £24,000
Hours: Monday to Friday 8.30 am - 5.00 pm - 1 hour lunch
THE COMPANY:
Our client in Welwyn Garden City, are seeking an experienced Internal Sales Administrator to join their successful and friendly team on a Permanent basis.
If successful, you will be joining a thriving team and speaking to clients each day regarding queries and product knowledge.
SKILLS REQUIRED
- Great communication skill
- Excellent user of MS Office
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong Administration experience
RESPONSIBILITIES
- The first point of contact with customers, responding to inbound communications politely and efficiently.
- Sharing a wealth of product knowledge to educate clients and cross-sell products.
- Making warm outbound calls to update customers on delivery / lead times.
- Processing customer orders.
- Supporting the internal teams with any administration.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
- 20 days annual leave plus 8 days bank holiday rising to 25 days
