**Job Purpose**
We are looking to recruit a Driver to join our busy Receipt & Despatch department. With a variable start time (between 6am and 10am) your route may take you nationwide, but predominantly within London. This is a very physically demanding role which involves lifting heavy items, working as part of our warehouse team and delivering to our customers, mainly in a long wheel-based vehicle.

Customers trust us, so you will always be professional, providing a first-class service every time. It is also important that you drive vehicles in a safe and lawful manner, considering weather and traffic conditions.

**Responsibilities**
**Our Drivers are responsible for**:

- Ensuring timely delivery of our products to predetermined customers on assigned routes
- Reviewing orders prior to delivery
- Packing and loading products onto vans according to Moss UK’s specifications.
- Maintain ongoing communication with management
- Unload goods as per client specifications
- Review deliveries with customers to ensure products meet their needs
- Obtain delivery confirmations from each customer
- Submitting paperwork in a timely manner
- Providing exceptional customer service to our clients.
- Adhere to all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies throughout the delivery process.

**Where necessary, other duties include**:

- Contacting relevant people (internal and external) to chase up missing van jobs
- Packing materials to their different specifications
- Picking and packing for retail campaigns
- Clearing the floor ready for the next jobs to be laid out
- Other general duties as required by management.

**Requirements**:

- Full driving licence essential, with no more than 3 points.
- This is a customer facing role so a high level of customer service is expected
- Good attention to detail and high level of organisation are vital
- Must be a good team player with great communication skills
- Flexible approach and ability to do overtime where required
- Excellent time keeping
- Can work on their own and use initiative
- Experience in a stock control & warehousing environments
- Computer literate
