We are seeking an enthusiastic Kitchen Sales Designer to work for a well-established and well-known company. Our client is one of the leading home improvement retailers in the UK and is looking for aspiring people to join their business.

This is a permanent role, working 40 hours a week, any five out of seven days.

The Role:

- Delivering a bespoke journey to the customers
- Ensuring the customers receive a great and memorable service
- Understanding the customers’ requirements and be able to convert them into designs
- Providing a memorable service and an outstanding customer experience
- Delivering both personal and showroom targets
- Supporting the team members by taking leads, observational coaching and recognising their performance when appropriate
- Finding inspirational solutions for customer’s projects
- Providing an industry leading service
- Promoting all services including finance and installation
- Following processes to ensuring remedial costs are minimised
- Carrying out competitor visits using the observations to support performance
- Taking responsibility for the standards in the showroom
- Ensuring the CRM system in line with company requirements and GDPR guidelines

Essential Skills:

- Previous experience within a sales targeted environment
- Confident working in a customer experience environment
- Experience of using CAD to design for a third party
- Strong communication and relationship building
- Commercially aware
- Self-motivated
