SG Bespoke joinery offers high end joinery solutions for both private and corporate clients within Hampshire.

There is now an opportunity to join the team as an experienced working workshop foreman, with excellent prospects for progression to project manager.

The role will involve working with customers, site managers, interior designers and property developers. You will need to have a keen eye for detail, be extremely well organised and strive to achieve a high end finish to any joinery items produced.

Due to the breadth of projects we work on, experience across carpentry, joinery and cabinet making is essential.

**Who we are looking for**:
To be successful, applicants will have to demonstrate the following:

- Previous joinery or furniture making industry experience
- Some experience managing a small team
- Ability to use initiative
- A confident personality who can take charge
- Highly organised with a keen eye for detail is essential.
- Ability to work well as part of a team
- Good communication skills with the ability to deal with clients face to face.
- Maintain the highest standards of work and quality

**Must have/be**:

- Previous bench experience
- Machine experience - panel saw is vital, the rest can be taught.

**Day to day duties include**:

- Build team working relationships with strong communication skills
- Review, comment and advise on drawings/ordering materials/manage material stock
- Maintain and develop good housekeeping within the shop floor area
