We are looking to appoint a hardworking, enthusiastic and highly motivated caretaker, to join the Site Team.

You must be able to use your initiative and mange your own time well, whilst at the same time enjoy working as part of a team.

Having a hands-on approach & working knowledge of safety, security, repair & maintenance is essential for the role.

**Job Purpose**

To manage the utilisation of the School premises and associated facilities for both educational and allied usage ensuring the premises are presented at all times in a clean, secure, safe and well-maintained state

**Key Accountabilities**

To participate in Employee Development schemes, Performance Management and contribute to the identification of own team developments

**Education & Qualifications**

Basic training in one or more of the following: Plumbing, general and ground maintenance, electrical/building maintenance, heating systems, is essential

IOSH/NEBOSH Health and Safety training is desirable

**Salary**: £21,190.00-£22,215.00 per year

- Grounds Maintenance: 1 year (preferred)
- Plumbing: 1 year (preferred)
- Electrical/building maintenance: 1 year (preferred)
- Heating systems: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (required)
- IOSH/NEBOSH Health and Safety Training (preferred)

Work Location: In person
