_Showroom Assistant_
We are looking for a friendly and professional person to join our team. The ideal person must be a confident communicator, be well organised, reliable and have excellent customer service skills.

Ideally we are looking for someone with some experience in creative retail sales, who would be able to assist customers with the enormous choice available when deciding upon a new kitchen. Knowledge of working in a kitchen showroom is not essential, but willingness to learn and be enthusiastic is. Full product training will be provided and there will be the opportunity to grow within the company.
Main responsibilities of the role include but are not limited to:

- Greeting customers
- Presenting our products and the flexibility we are able to offer
- Providing admin support to our kitchen designers, excel and windows would be an advantage
- Managing any customers enquires
- Booking both showroom and home visit appointments
- Ordering samples, goods and product information from our suppliers
- Keeping the showroom clean and tidy at all times

Expected hours: 16 - 32 per week
