**Job Description**:
The Global Mobility & Immigration Specialist is responsible for coordinating Clearwater’s global talent movement. As global mobility & immigration specialist, you will manage international and domestic employee transfers including relocation, immigration, and other support services required, ensure compliance with local regulations and company policies, and provide the best expatriate experience to the employees.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage the global relocation immigration process, work closely with different business leaders and HR shared service center, and act as a liaison between the immigration attorneys/relocation vendors and employees.
- Coordinate employee needs in pre-departure, post-arrival, family relocation, and related services. Create a mobility resource guide including training materials, FAQs, etc.
- Partner with internal teams and external vendors to provide the best expatriate experience to our employees.
- Serve as the main point of contact for global mobility and immigration inquiries and issues.
- Provide comprehensive immigration support to employees and stakeholders, which includes ensuring complex immigration matters are handled within policy.
- Provide consultation to foreign nationals and business stakeholders and answer immigration related inquiries.
- Partner with HR Business Partners, HR Operations Partners, Talent acquisition and provide education & coaching on immigration policy and procedures.
- In partnership with outside Immigration Counsel, forecast annual immigration spend based on current immigration volume and hiring trends.
- Provide immigration regulation updates and its impact to HR Business Partners and internal stakeholders.

Qualifications:

- Experience dealing with immigration processes; US visas/immigration essential and UK/Singapore is good to have (but not essential)
- Experience dealing with domestic and international relocation.
- Strong communication skills, ability to effectively communicate with all levels of employees and external vendors.
- Excellent organizational and planning skills, detail-oriented.
- Ability to build and maintain work relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
