**Salary**: £76,000 per annum

Additional Requirements: Must Be VR Trained

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare and set up the operating theatre for surgical procedures, ensuring all necessary equipment and instruments are sterilized and ready.
- Utilize VR technology to enhance surgical visualization and precision, contributing to improved patient outcomes.
- Assist the surgical team during procedures, passing instruments and providing support as needed.
- Maintain a sterile and safe environment throughout the surgery, adhering to strict infection control protocols.
- Collaborate closely with the multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless patient care and optimal surgical results.
- Keep detailed and accurate records of surgical procedures and patient interactions.
