Lettings Negotiator

An exciting position has arisen as a Lettings Negotiator within a successful, friendly and award winning agency based in Andover.

This role will involve a lot of customer interaction to create business for the company, within a thriving and varied industry.

**The Key Areas of the role include**:

- Generating and booking viewings.
- Generating and booking property valuations.
- Attending viewings to generate further business.
- Qualifying and managing a database of new and existing applicants.
- Carrying out regular Landlord updates.
- Negotiating offers.
- Progress approved lets through to completion.
- Actively promoting our services.
- Dealing with customer enquiries.
- Maintaining accurate records of all activity.

**Requirements and skills**
- Possess excellent customer service skills.

- Team player.
- Strong office administration skills.
- Full, clean driving license and a car.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Hard working.
- Self-motivated and organised.
- Desire to succeed.

You will be rewarded with a competitive basic salary of £20,000 - £25,000 dependant on experience with uncapped commission, cira £28,000. Full training and support will be provided along with a clear career path of opportunities.

Please note that the working day is 09:00am to 18:00pm in the week with 1 in 3 Saturdays 09:00am to 16:00pm with a day in lieu.
