**About Our Client**:
Our client is a well-established organisation in the healthcare industry, maintaining a substantial workforce across the United Kingdom. They are renowned for their high-quality services and commitment to improving the health and wellbeing of the community in Birmingham.

The Bookkeeper will;
- Produce reports such as cash flow forecasts
- Assist with 6 monthly Payrolls via Sage Line 50
- Maintaining financial records including purchases, sales, receipts and payments.
- Reconciling invoices and identifying discrepancies.
- Creating and updating expense reports.
- Processing reimbursement forms.
- Preparing bank deposits.
- Conducting monthly reconciliation of every bank account.
- Conducting periodic reconciliations of all accounts to ensure their accuracy.
- Maintaining the petty cash fund.

**The Successful Applicant**:
A successful 'Bookkeeper' should have:

- A degree in Finance, Accounting or relevant field.
- Familiarity with bookkeeping and basic accounting procedures.
- Competency in MS Excel and Sage Line 50
- Hands-on experience with spreadsheets and financial reports.
- Accuracy and attention to detail.
- Aptitude for numbers and quantitative skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive, confidential information.
