Working in our Aspen Bar & Lounge you will be ready to jump straight in impressing our guests, mixing and serving high quality drinks. Knowledge of mixing cocktails would be an advantage but not essential as training will be given.

The successful applicant will have previous experience in a similar role, ideally in a hotel environment. You will also be required to assist in all other aspects of serving food and drink as required.

With superb customer service skills the successful applicant will have a positive attitude and excellent communication skills. Well presented, you will be calm under pressure and enjoy being part of a team.

We are a very busy corporate hotel during the week, but the weekend is where it really takes off with parties, afternoon teas and weddings
