**Finance and Admin Co-ordinator - Pembrokeshire Demonstration Zone**

Salary £30,000 for 37 hours per week.

Initially fixed-term to 30th June 2023 (this post is part-funded by the European Regional Development Fund and Swansea Bay City Deal. Working from offices based at Cleddau Bridge Business Park, Pembroke Dock, Wales, SA72 6UP with some remote working.

Celtic Sea Power Ltd (a wholly owned subsidiary of Cornwall Council) is dedicated to leading the strategic development of the Celtic Sea for Floating Offshore Wind (FLOW). We are on the cusp of a very exciting period in the delivery of that mission so are looking to grow a team capable of leading, innovating, and inspiring both a region and an industry.

Celtic Sea Power is leading a number of project, including:
**Pembrokeshire Demonstration Zone (PDZ), **a part-ERDF/ part-Swansea Bay City Deal funded project, which project seeks to accelerate the offshore renewable industry in Pembrokeshire by developing enabling electrical infrastructure to support future innovative offshore projects.

**Working with the PDZ team in Pembroke Dock, the role will involve**:

- With the support of the Senior Administrator and QM Manager (based in Hayle, Cornwall), and using QuickBooks as the main accountancy package, by operate the day-to-day financial systems necessary to deliver the part ERDF funded PDZ project.
- Supporting the effective execution of financial, organisational, secretarial, and administrative systems for the company in order to meet internal, EU and other external funding agreement requirements, including the control, retention and retrieval of documentation, data and files/records.
- Working with members of the finance and administration team, provide administrative support as required.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 5 months

**Salary**: £30,000.00 per year
