**Higher Level Teaching Assistant**

**Location: Birmingham | B42**

**Start Date: September**

**Daily Rate: £90 - £120 Per day**

In this role, you will be working both in and out of the classroom supporting the class teacher and pupils. You will be working in small groups and with pupils 1:1, supporting reading, writing, maths, and challenging behaviours to ensure a positive learning environment.

**Your Skills**:

- Higher Level Teaching Assistant Qualification is desired, but experienced is welcome to apply.
- Strong knowledge of the National Curriculum.
- Experience working with pupils both 1:1 and in small groups.
- Strong knowledge of Autism, ADHD, Challenging Behaviours, and other learning needs.
- Can be a positive role model for pupils.
- Be positive and creative in assisting staff to meet pupils needs.
