**Sustainability Manager**required for our client, a leading Energy Efficiency, cost reduction and carbon management company. The Sustainability Manager will be responsible for delivering the companies new strategy of 'powering a sustainablefuture'.

**Sustainability ManagerPosition Overview**
- Support the implementation of new initiatives that support sustainability commitments, driving them forward with stakeholders across the business
- Drive engagement with the strategy with key stakeholders and senior management, establish the relevant governance structure which supports the delivery of the sustainability strategy.
- Maintain relationships with key external bodies such as business contacts, peer networks, governing bodies, to ensure continued collaboration on industry wide initiatives.
- Deliver customer facing sustainability services and help to drive improvements to existing services.
- Deliver fee generating sustainability services; advisory, net zero, indexes and accreditations, annual reporting.
- Promote at customer / industry events related to CSR and sustainability.
- Contribute to the consultancy budget & and deliver relevant departmental / individual KPI's
- Manage ISO 14001 & 50001 across the Group.

**Sustainability ManagerPosition Requirements**
- Minimum of 5 years sustainability experience
- Detailed knowledge of the sustainability sector
- Carbon reporting & net zero delivery
- Demonstrable and thorough knowledge of ISO Standards and sustainability accreditations / indexes
- Proven track record as a manager in sustainability, having successfully delivered strategies
- Full driving license as occasional site visits will be required as will visits to other Group offices
- Experience and ability to inspire influence and motivating others to adopt sustainable practices
- Environmental / sustainability qualifications (Degree, Masters, industry qualifications etc.)

**Sustainability ManagerPosition Remuneration**
- Working hours: 08:30 - 17:00
- Salary: £40-50k + KPI linked bonus
- 23 days paid holiday increasing to 25 after 5 years,
- Pension scheme current minimum contributions are 4% Employer 5%
- Benefits pot - each year there will be a selection of items to choose from, such as a birthday treat, and a HR treat such as additional holiday or £500 in vouchers
- Regular Personal Development Plan (PDP) meetings with your line manager and supported CPD opportunities
