**What will your day look like?**
- We currently have a vacancy for an **grounds maintenance operative**, reporting into a Senior Caretaker, working in **THE PETERBOROUGH AREA (HAMPTON VALE AREA**), on one of our Static sites**.**:

- Core working hours are on site **8am to 4.30pm Monday to Friday** with extra hours sometimes required. Travelling times, to and forth site and home time will be additional hours required.
- You will be responsible for the grounds maintenance of external areas across the whole of this static site/ development.
- You will carry out general grounds maintenance, adhoc and repairs.

You may be involved, in helping assess for maintenance issues, health and safety including site issue reporting.

**What makes a successful Assistant Property Caretaker?**
- You will show a keen interest in gardening, no trade qualifications are required but previous experience in a similar type role would be highly advantageous.
- You will demonstrate good decision making skills and common sense.
- You will take pride in consistently providing a high standard of customer service as you will be acting as a Community Property Care’ representative when on site.
- You will have experience of working to achieve agreed works are completed within agreed time frames.
- You will be a team player who ensures that all our estates and communal areas are clean, tidy and in a safe condition.
- You will live in or around the **PETERBOROUGH AREA **to enable YOU TO GET TO AND FROM SITE
- **You will hold a current and full Driving License** (essential as on occasions you will be required to use a Company van as a tool of the job).

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £23,750.00 per year
