Nursery Cleaner / Housekeeper

Part time 10 hours per week

Role of Nursery Cleaner / Housekeeper includes
- Vacuuming carpeted areas and washing floors of cloakrooms and toilets in designated areas
- Steaming and Sweeping uncarpeted areas
- Emptying and cleaning bins
- Spot cleaning of spillages
- Cleaning staircase banisters and skirting boards
- Cleaning toilet areas and replenishing toiletries
- Cleaning doors and windows
- Checking stock levels of cleaning materials
- Report all defects/hazards immediately on forms

Purpose

To ensure a safe, clean and welcoming environment where the children can feel happy and confident

Would probably suit someone with Domestic or Hotel experience

This is an afternoon only job - working with our professional childcare team in our lovely nursery building

To work under the direction of the Managers supporting the aims and objectives of the Nursery and to assist the Directors in providing high quality care at all times displaying your enjoyment of being with children.

Contract length: Permanent

Part-time hours: 10 per week
