If so, we can provide you with an exciting opportunity in helping to provide a safe and comfortable learning environment as a member of the hard working Premises Team at Winterstoke Hundred Academy. This role sits within the wider Cabot Learning Federation Estates and Facilities Team.

Winterstoke Hundred Academy is based at two sites several miles apart in Beaufighter Road (BR) and Locking Parklands (LP). BR was opened in September 2020 and accommodates year 11 and 12 students. In January 2024 year 7 to 10 students moved across to the newly constructed LP site. Both sites are located close to the M5 within easy access to the centre of Weston-super-Mare.

**What we are looking for**:
To be successful in the post, we want a dependable Premises Assistant to undertake a range of duties from day-to-day repairs to waste collection. You will take instruction from the Premises Manager, work well as a member of an established team and have a flexible approach to working. Ideally, you will have experience of working in a similar type role, however transferrable skills from a comparable role or background will be considered.
