With growth firmly on the agenda they have and continue to build out a fantastic Ecommerce and Dev team.

The 'group' have been through a significant period of investment, moving all sites onto Magento, building out an in house Dev team, launching into new territories and brand repositioningnow is a truly exciting time for anyone to join this Ecommerce group.

I am looking for an experience Ecommerce Trading Manager to join their team and be part of their next phase of investment (technology and platform investment). With a clear strategy in mind, they are looking for someone to join the brand bring this to life.

**Key responsibilities include**:

- Drive the new Ecommerce strategy forward, ensuring its usability and customer satisfaction.
- Supporting future site development/ identifying opportunities and scoping requirements.
- Management and development of their team to deliver the plan and achieve our objectives.
- Analysing and optimising site performance using various data sources including customer data, site metrics, competitor analysis and research - making recommendations to drive performance
- Support in co-ordinating site content and promotional planning.
- Regular competitor and market tracking to identify areas of opportunity
- Overseeing a comprehensive CRO plan to inform website development and improve metrics - agency support
- Highly analytical and numerate and proficient in excel and Google Analytic
- Proven ability to manage and develop a team, promoting ownership and accountability
- Have a proven track record in driving site optimisation working closely with a senior management team
- Good commercial awareness
