Multi-disciplinary Team Co-ordinator/administrator

You will be a critical member of the team that will help support our clinical teams with an interesting variety of administrative duties. The post is 37.5 hours per week, start and finish times are flexible but you will be required to be in the office full time.
- To organise and administer Multi-Disciplinary Team (MDT) meetings
- To liaise and communicate effectively with key stakeholders (GP surgeries, care homes in London Borough of Sutton, and CHST nurses and other health professionals).
- Maintain up to date electronic patient caseload, inputting and extracting data from the system as required.
- To take messages for the team and recording them into the team message book
- To be responsible for responding to requests for patient records
- To participate in team meetings, including accurate typing and distributing minutes
- Organise the arrangements of meetings, co-ordinating availability of attendees, booking rooms and arranging refreshments, appropriate material/equipment is in place to ensure smooth running of meetings.
- To be competent in the use computer software such as MS Office, Excel, intranet and internet and in particular EMIS.
- To scan patient related documentation and upload to EMIS.
- To access the bank booking electronic system to request temporary staff when the necessary and input shifts on Healthroster.
- Maintaining accurate records for all temporary staffing utilised by the team.
- To manage the office systems and equipment
