Housekeeper

Part time Housekeeper required for busy family in Ribchester (Ribble Valley)

Monday - Friday 3pm until 6pm or 4pm-7pm

15 hours per week, £15 ph

Mum would like the housekeeper to help keep the home organised and tidy, also to clean, do the laundry, the ironing and prepare healthy meals for the family to enjoy once they’ve finished work.

The family have two young children so extra

baby sitting would be advantageous but not essential.

Housekeeper

**Responsibilities**:

- Clean and maintain assigned areas, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, and common areas
- Dusting, vacuuming, sweeping, mopping floors
- Changing bed linens and making beds
- Replenishing supplies such as toiletries and cleaning products
- Emptying trash and recycling bins
- Cleaning windows, mirrors, and other glass surfaces
- Reporting any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the supervisor
- Adhering to health and safety guidelines

**Skills**:

- Attention to detail and thoroughness in cleaning tasks
- Ability to work independently and follow instructions
- Time management skills to complete tasks within designated timeframes
- Physical stamina for standing, bending, lifting, and carrying objects
- Excellent communication skills to interact with clients and team members

Note: Previous experience as a housekeeper or in a similar role is preferred but not required.

Part-time hours: 15 per week

**Salary**: £15.00 per hour
