Due to internal progression, they are looking for an experienced Customer Service Administrator to join their Service team.

**Main Duties**
- Regular invoicing to customers
- Responding to invoice queries
- Closing down completed jobs undertaken by engineers
- Ownership of customer experiences issues
- Ordering equipment for the engineers
- Answering inbound telephone calls from customers and engineers and dealing with general queries from both.
- Raising quotation opportunities
- Monthly engineer timesheet reconciliation and submission
- General administrative and office duties.

**Personal Specification**
- Experience in Microsoft Office packages (Excel, Outlook etc) and strong IT skills.
- Excellent communication skills and a confident, professional telephone manner.
- Proven administrative experience in a fast-paced office environment.
- High-level attention to detail and strong organisation skills.
- The ability to self-manage and prioritise your daily workload.
