**Regional Maintenance Operative**

**Covering our care homes in the south region**

**£15.00 per hour + £2,000 per annum car allowance / mileage**

**Full Time**

Healthcare Homes are recruiting for a full-time regional maintenance operative to join our team.

The quality and appearance of our care homes create the first impression for visitors and are a source of enjoyment and immense pleasure for our residents and their families. Our Maintenance Teams take huge pride in maintaining our buildings to the highest possible standards.

Overseeing the upkeep of our home including painting, decorating, repairs and basic plumbing and electrical work you will play a key role in always keeping our residents safe and comfortable.

Previous experience within gardening, decorating and basic plumbing and electrical work is required for this role

**About Bedhampton**:
Here at Bedhampton, we provide nursing and dementia care to residents living in the Hampshire area. We are a nursing-led home and staff are experienced in managing conditions such as motor neurone disease, Huntington’s disease, multiple sclerosis, stroke complications and complex cardiac conditions.
