**Position: Combustion/Air Conditioning Working Supervisor**
- Location: Mobile, Greater London
- Reporting to: Contract Manager

**Salary**:

- £50,000 - £55,000 per annum

**Purpose of the Job**:

- As the Combustion/Air Conditioning Working Supervisor, you will supervise planned preventative and reactive maintenance for gas and air-conditioning appliances. Your role includes overseeing maintenance contracts, preparing quotes for additional work, acting as the first point of contact for engineers and clients, and assisting the Contract Manager in ensuring the successful delivery of contracts to client satisfaction.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Ensure timely and high-quality completion of installations, planned, and reactive tasks.
- Review engineers' reports and promptly prepare quotations for additional works.
- Identify defects, report to the Line Manager or client, and provide parts lists and estimated timescales for defect resolution.
- Attend sites for reactive tasks and respond to emergency callouts as instructed.
- Uphold a professional image at all times.
- Cultivate and maintain positive working relationships with employees and client representatives.
- Ensure the provision of a safe and healthy working environment.

**Key Skills & Experience**:

- Current Domestic and Commercial Gas Qualification.
- City and Guilds Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Qualification or equivalent.
- Strong background in mechanical building systems, covering both installation and maintenance.
- Effective communication skills with the ability to interact at all levels.
- Team player with a flexible and adaptable approach.
- Thorough understanding of current company and legislative Health and Safety, Environmental Impacts, and Risk Assessment Procedures.
- Holds a valid DBS (CRB) Certificate, or willingness to obtain.
- Good supervisory skills.
- Full UK Driving License.

**How to Apply**:
**Salary**: £30,021.38-£47,030.68 per year
