We are seeking a skilled and customer-oriented bartender to join our vibrant establishment. As a bartender, you will be responsible for crafting and serving a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to our guests. Your primary focus will be on delivering exceptional customer service, creating a friendly and inviting atmosphere, and ensuring that patrons have an unforgettable experience.

**Responsibilities**:
Mix and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including cocktails, beers, wines, and soft drinks, according to established recipes and guest preferences.

Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with patrons, taking drink orders, and recommending beverages based on their preferences.

Maintain a clean and organized bar area, including restocking supplies, cleaning glassware, and sanitizing surfaces regularly to ensure a hygienic environment.

Operate the cash register and handle transactions accurately, while adhering to all cash handling and credit card processing procedures.

Check customers' identification to verify legal drinking age and prevent underage service.

Interact with guests in a courteous and respectful manner, addressing any concerns or issues promptly and professionally.

Upsell and promote drink specials, seasonal beverages, and other offerings to increase sales and profitability.

Collaborate with other staff members to ensure smooth operations, including communicating with servers and kitchen staff for efficient service.

Monitor alcohol consumption and ensure responsible service, refusing service to intoxicated or unruly customers when necessary.

Keep up-to-date with the latest industry trends, cocktail recipes, and mixology techniques to create innovative and exciting drink options.

Participate in bar inventory management, including counting and replenishing stock, to maintain proper levels of supplies.

Qualifications:
Work experience as a bartender prefered but not essential within the hospitality industry.

Knowledge of various drink recipes, mixology techniques, and drink garnishes.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with customers and co-workers.

Strong customer service orientation with the ability to multitask and handle high-pressure situations gracefully.

Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and accuracy.

Understanding of responsible alcohol service practices and the ability to recognize signs of intoxication.

Familiarity with cash handling and point-of-sale systems.

Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by the business's operating hours.

A friendly and outgoing personality, with a passion for creating positive experiences for guests.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
Part-time hours: 20-40 per week
