Position Summary

Bring our games to life by creating exciting new concepts that drive slot gameplay. Work with a group of exceptionally talented mathematicians and game designers to provide the best gaming experience for the slot player.

As a member of the Game Design Team, your primary responsibility will be to contribute to the design and development of new gaming content. The role will provide opportunities to design games & math models for a wide range of markets including the UK, US, Europe & online.

Full training and mentoring will be given along with the potential for career development opportunities.

**Responsibilities**:

- Initiate and contribute to the concept design of casino/slot machine games.
- Maintain a thorough and current knowledge of the markets the company is involved in.
- Collaborate with mathematicians and game designers to brainstorm new game mechanics and assess the mathematical feasibility of concept math models.
- Develop an understanding of competitive products and technologies.
- Collaborate with software engineers and artists to realize the full potential of the final game design.

**Qualifications**:
Essential:

- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Games Designer in the Casino/Gambling industry.
- Proven success in design within the Casino/Gambling environment.
- Passion for gaming products.
- Technical design flair and vision.

Desirable:

- Proficiency in software such as C++ (or related).
- Background in mathematics, particularly in math models.
- Artistic skills.
- Musical aptitude is a bonus for contributing to our game jingles.
