**The opportunity**:
To lead, drive and make successful all support aspects of MBDA's New Portfolio offering as proposed to UK MoD including the realisation of Dynamic Stockpile Management. Also lead the CSS UK strategic change programme to deliver our vison of a data driven,optimised and connected support enterprise and deliver our improvement commitments realising tangible benefits to MoD and MBDA.

This is key strategic role both for CSS and for MBDA UK. Support will be a major component of the new portfolio and is central to the realisation of MBDA UKs New Portfolio ambitions for a Joint Threat Driven System which includes Dynamic Stockpile Managementand a fundamentally revised and optimised support offering.

The role holder must develop and define the future support proposal such that it enhances and enables the delivery of a future more agile capability acquisition system and enables Dynamic Stockpile management. This whilst also devising and delivering a planto integrate that future system with the next 5-year tranche of PWSS Support and deliver the operational and capability improvements required to enhance and optimise the CSS offering of the future delivering promised benefits to the MoD customer. It must alsofind a way to support the WOCs WAM model and enable DSM across MOD and within MBDA operations

**What to expect**: Customer Support UK are part of an international Customer Support team within MBDA providing support services our customers. We work alongside customers, including end users and our overriding priority is customer satisfaction. This we deliver by being proactive,adaptable and providing optimised solutions.

You will be crucial part of the UK team. You will lead a small team delivering the essential elements of our continuous improvement plan and all support aspects of the ambitious portfolio transformation programme.
