Are you a seasoned Bar Supervisor with a passion for mixology and a flair for creating unforgettable experiences?

Our bar in Stowmarket is on the lookout for a new Bar Supervisor. You will be working alongside an experienced Bar Assistant. You will also work one day in our new Bury St Edmunds bar.

**Responsibilities**:

- Craft and curate a diverse and innovative cocktail menu that reflects the Heart of Suffolk Distillery's unique offerings.
- Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring exceptional service and a welcoming atmosphere for our patrons.
- Lead and inspire a team to deliver outstanding customer experiences.
- Oversee inventory management, ordering, and maintain quality control standards.
- Collaborate with the Heart of Suffolk Distillery team to uphold brand integrity and promote special events.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a Bar Supervisor in a high-volume, upscale environment.
- Extensive knowledge of spirits, cocktails, and current industry trends.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Exceptional organisational abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic setting.
