THE COMPANY:
This exciting company is an events group who were established in 2001 and have grown to be one of the leading events companies in the UK. As a market leader they are commercially ambitious and financially focused which has seen the company expand into Europein 2011 with offices in Stuttgart, Germany and also seen the introduction of their Hospitality sector to the group
THE ROLE:
The Role will include:

- Liaising with new and old clients from a sales and operation aspect
- Selling to clients all package types and products that they offer
- Meeting Sales Goals and organising sales initiatives
- Promoting marketing strategy's including heading up Incentive Programmes
- Identifying opportunities to up sell company products
- Implement and maintain high operational standards
- Oversee Event Proposals both in document form and on the Company website
- Creating and developing current and new events
- Attending events (This can be during the week, Evening and Weekends)
Essential Requirements:

- Proactive & enthusiastic person with the ability to work independently
- Evidence of meeting operational and Sales targets
- Strong & professional telephone manner
- A team player with the ability to lead on multiple projects
- Excellent organisational skills
- Self-starter attitude
- Ability to effectively manage own time
- IT skills, ability to work effectively using internal systems especially MS Office
Desirable Requirements:

- Experience in working at an Events organisation
- Experience of arranging Gala Dinner, Theme and Award Nights, Travel & Incentives

THE PACKAGE:

- Basic Annual Salary: Between £20 -26k Dependent on experience.
