**The Role**
As part of Lancashire Football Association's drive and commitment to provide more club
- based opportunities for disabled people to play, coach and volunteer, we are seeking two dedicated, highly motivated and inspiring Ambassadors for disability football to join the Participation & Development Team.

**Key Accountabilities**
- Leading and serving the game across grassroots, semi-professional and professional football.
- Ensuring the long-term future of the game by providing an inclusive environment and infrastructure where football will flourish for participants of all ages, backgrounds and abilities.
- Providing the structure and support to develop players, coaches, volunteers and referees in a progressive, enjoyable and safe environment.
- Living and breathing our values: Creativity | Teamwork | Caring | Inspiration | Integrity.
- Delivering The FA's National Game Strategy across the county through the development of innovative programmes and by cultivating opportunities in alignment with The FA.
- Meeting our 2021-24 Strategic Objectives.

**What we are looking for**
Essential
- Ability to build trust and develop effective working relationships within England Football Accredited Clubs.
- Ability to deliver practical support sessions to a range of club volunteers.
- Understanding of how an England Football Accredited Club operates.
- An advocate for disability football with an understanding of the challenges and barriers that both players and volunteers can face.
- Commitment to attend additional training provided as part of this programme.
- Proficient IT skills in Microsoft Office with experience in organising and leading virtual meetings.
- Flexible in approach with willingness to work evenings and weekends, as well as travel across the County.

Desirable
- Knowledge of The FA's Gameplan for Disability Football; Football Your Way.
- Knowledge of the England Football Accreditation Framework.
- Knowledge of existing support measures available to England Football Accredited Clubs.
