**EMAIL MARKETING SPECIALIST**

**Job Requirements**
- Experience - 2-3 years
- Salary - £30-£38k DOE
- Focus - B2B marketing

**CORE FOCUS**

Understanding and evaluating campaign metrics and distributing campaign performance to the Success team is critical, as well as defining KPIs, creating reporting, A/B testing, analysing campaign performance, as well as the creation of recommendations to improve campaigns continuously.

The key platforms that require managing are Hubspot (primary), and Pardot. Although not essential, working knowledge of these would be advantageous. With all platforms, the management of the lead lifecycle, lead scoring, lead nurturing, segmentation, and data cleansing are critical.

**Mandatory Requirements**:
Data Analysis: Ability to interpret campaign performance data, define key performance indicators (KPIs), and make data-driven recommendations for campaign optimisation.

Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential for collaborating effectively with the success team and other stakeholders.

**Desirable Qualities**:
Certifications: Certifications in digital marketing or specifically in HubSpot or Pardot platforms are highly regarded.

Lead Management: Experience with lead lifecycle management, scoring, nurturing, and data cleansing.

Team Collaboration: Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and contribute to team goals.

Adaptability: Comfortable with rapid changes in digital marketing trends and capable of quickly learning new tools or techniques.

Educational Background: A degree in marketing, communications, or a related field is preferred, though relevant work experience without a degree is also highly valued.
