We have about 35 staff with many based in our HQ in Letchworth. **Office**:
Historically, HFX had two offices (our HQ in Letchworth and another office in Birmingham). Due to the pandemic the office in Birmingham was closed and those attached to office work from home. However, the nature of HFX and our culture is to collaborate in an office. This approach stimulates ideas and accelerates knowledge transfer as well as promoting our culture. Within this we are pragmatic and practical, our experienced developers (who often work on release cycles with 3 months of coding) are able to do this from home but will come into the office if required or if they feel this is the better method to brainstorm functionality. However, this exception noted, the majority of colleagues are required in the office unless visiting a customer or prospect.

**Key Purpose of the Role**

You will receive full training to prepare you for:

- Installing Access Control Systems
- Visiting customer sites to setup our time recording units
- Build and test units in-house

Previous experience with any of the following would be an advantage but not mandatory:

- PC Building, Alarm Installation, Access Control Installation
- Microsoft Office
- Basic PC Skills
- Logical Approach
- Organisational Ability
- T&A Experience

The following requirements are essential:

- Driving Licence
- Right to work in the UK
- Applicants must be within commutable distance of Letchworth Garden City, Hertfordshire.

The role is based in Letchworth Garden City, Hertfordshire and will require frequent UK travel to customer sites.

Starting Salary range £18k - £21 dependent on experience

Full training is provided and a pay increase is given as each stage is completed, giving an additional £8,000 in annual salary when fully complete.

A Company Car & Tools are provided
