**Responsibilities**:
Processing of provisioning activities including lines and connectivity
Submitting number ports and performing associated administrative tasks
Managing and processing additional work requests using our ticket-based CRM
Liaise, co-ordinate and maintain relationships with carriers and suppliers
Support, co-ordinate and maintain relationships with internal teams
Update and maintain provisioning documentation and systems
Carry out customer service tasks to support the wider team when needed
Operate to set SLA targets.

Training Provided

Your full role and responsibilities will be set out by your
employer. Gradwell Communications will provide you with all of the
on-the-job training you need to up-skill in your role, and your 20% off-the-job
learning will be incorporated as part of your working day.

You will be working towards the Level 2 Customer Service apprenticeship

Customer Service Level 2 apprenticeship standard
Functional
skills in Maths and English if required

This will be delivered through Gradwell Communications' dedicated
training provider, Realise.

Realise is an established training provider that’s enjoying an
exciting period of growth following a management buyout and rebrand in late
2020.
