In partnership with our Client and due to the continued growth and expansion of the company we have an opportunity for a General Assembly Operative to join their team.

*Job Title:* Assembly Operative

*Reporting to:* Production Manager

*Location:* Cookstown

*Contract Type:* Full-time, Permanent

*Salary:* Competitive, Negotiable depending on experience

*Working Hours:* 8am - 5pm Monday-Thursday, 2pm Finish on Fridays

*Duties*
- Work to the appropriate standard operation schedules.
- Achieve the required production and quality standards, within the capability of equipment.
- Assist with continuous improvement efforts and problem solving.
- Inspect own work and record the results of any auditing activities.
- Attend and contribute to regular Team Briefings.
- Cleaning/preparation as required.
- Assist in the company's safety efforts by maintaining a good level of housekeeping and considering health & safety at all times.

*Criteria*
- Skilled in use of hand & power tools
- Strong attention to detail and able to work with minimal supervision.
- Self-motivated and be able to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
