An exciting opportunity has arisen within Southern Health Foundation Trust to appoint an enthusiastic Therapy Rehabilitation Assistant (Band 3) to work within the multi-disciplinary Integrated Care Team in Romsey.
We are looking for an individual who would like to be part of a dynamic and forward thinking team... Do you enjoy the challenge of a wide variety of therapy work?
The post would suit someone interested in integrated working and wanting to achieve the best for their patients. They will work within a multi -professional team to provide individualised patient care maximising individual's health and social care. The caseload is very varied and you will see patients with long-term conditions including: neurological conditions, diabetes, palliative care, orthopaedic procedures and patients following falls, etc.
Applicants must have access to a vehicle for work and in possession of a full driving licence is essential.
Hours: 37.5hours flexible working arrangements to cover seven day service
Location: Romsey.
