**About the role**:
The experience our guests have at our lounge will be the first step before their holiday, so it is imperative they feel welcome and enjoy their stay. As a host, you will provide front-of-house service for all of our guests that check in to our lounge. It is your responsibility to ensure everyone has their needs taken care of and feels comfortable. Great customer service is key, as always.

**Duties and responsibilities**:

- Checking-in guests when they arrive at the lounge
- Taking breakfast and lunch orders via a POS system
- Serving food and beverages to guests and cleaning tables once they vacate.
- Closing down the lounge and ensuring everything is spotless and ready for the opening team
- Occasionally helping our chef with orders when the kitchen is very busy

- Caring for and being sensitive to the needs of others
- Committed to providing service excellence
- Able to communicate effectively
- Ability to work under pressure
- Being able to deliver the best possible standards for our guests
- Team player with good organisation skills

**Pay**:

- We are offering a very competitive hourly rate of £12 + tips
- Potential for bonus schemes in the near future

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

**Salary**: £12.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 40 per week
