The role would be reporting to the Credit Control Manager and is a brilliant opportunity for someone who is wanting to work in a terrific Credit Control team.

**Duties**:

- Record and accurately allocate cash receipts in accordance with customer remittances, received by bank transfer, cheques, cash, PayPal, credit cards and eBay
- Process online payments and online refunds with authorisation
- Process and reconcile payments received from retail outlets
- Take cheque/cash to the bank and also collect cash from the bank as required
- Maintain housekeeping on Sales Ledger
- Alert manager to any accounts which aren’t meeting payment terms
- Process small write offs
- Investigate unallocated cash
- Run monthly statements
- Further duties required as and when by the Credit Control Manager

**Qualities and experience**:

- Previous experience in a fast paced credit control team
- Ability to meet deadlines
- Flexibility and adaptability depending on what the role requires
- Proactive attitude to chase debt
- Great communication skills both written and verbal

**Benefits**:

- Salary up to £26,000 depending on experience
- Hours of 9:00am - 5:00pm, Monday to Friday
- 20 days holiday plus bank holidays which increase with length of service
