Head of Property Management

We are one of the Largest Property Management and Lettings companies in the Stoke-on-Trent area with a wide ranging portfolio of managed rental properties. We also provide block management services for some of the newest and most prestigious apartment blocks in the area. We are looking for a dynamic, experienced individual with management experience who can lead a team through a period of change and beyond.
The role will include being involved in day-to-day property management, along with modernising how we operate and managing a team through a period of change. It is an exciting time in our development and the right person will have an opportunity to have significant input in to how we operate in the foreseeable future.

We are a well-established Letting and Estate Agent with offices in Hanley, Stoke on Trent and Newcastle under Lyme, who due to continued growth are looking to recruit a new Head of **Property Management**. Do you have **previous experience** of residential property management, have great written and verbal communication skills, a focus on delivering excellent customer service, a “can do, make it happen” attitude and experience in leading a team? Ideally with experience of using a CRM system and proficient with IT, we need someone who can organise a busy workload and understands the value of keeping systems and data up to date.

The Individual
- Proven experience of leading a team
- Proven background in property management and lettings
- Previous experience within property maintenance
- Self-motivation with a 'can do’ attitude
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Able to work on your own initiative and as part of a team
- Extremely well organised and able to prioritise your own work load
- Professional, positive, diligent and diplomatic
- Full, clean UK driving licence and own car is essential
- You must be an excellent communicator, remaining an ambassador for the company at all times, have excellent attention to detail and the ability to think logically on your feet
Working days are Monday to Friday (08.30 - 17.30) and 1 Saturday in 4
