Electroform Trimmer

Morgan King are delighted to be partnered with a market leading bespoke manufacturing business who are looking to appoint an electroform trimmer to join their busy manufacturing team.

Are you a seasoned electroform trimmerwith a passion for driving excellence? Then please see the below;
**Duties & Responsibilities**
- Perform Trimming and Dressing operations in accordance with the Route Card.
- Knowledge of how to use air tools such as Dynafiles, Die Grinders, Drills etc.
- Experience using a Bandsaw & Belt Linisher.
- Experience with measuring equipment such as Dial & Digital Calipers, Verniers & DTI’s.
- Know and understand company and department policies and safety procedures.
- Report to work on time, follow instructions from supervisor or management, interact well co-workers, understand and follow work rules and procedures.
- Capable of working to tight production targets & deadlines.
- Other duties as assigned, requested or needed.

**Knowledge, Skills and Abilities**:

- Able to work to production targets and deadlines.
- Ability to understand and interpret drawings.
- Keen eye for detail.
- Excellent team work ethic.
- High level of accuracy.
- Flexible.
- Excellent time management and organisational skills.

**Education and Experience**:

- 5 years aerospace experience - Desirable
- Sheet Metal Work experience - Essential
- Experience working as part of a team and ability to work alone - Essential
