The role will involve dealing with patients both by telephone, face to face and online, booking of appointments, dealing with day to day tasks and liaising with the doctors, patients and other clinicians. Ideally with some customer service experience, however full training and ongoing support will be given.

Hours of work will be 8.15am -1.00pm or alternatively 8.00am - 12.45pm 3 days a week Mon -Wed with flexibility to work extra hours to cover sickness and holidays.

Rate of pay £9.74 per hour
