Floor Host Team Leader

Job Introduction
**We are recruiting a Floor Host Team Leader to join the Rapport team at our client's offices, located in Watford. Our client is a world leader in off-price apparel and home fashions. This is a dynamic team that works in an environment where no day is the same.**
**This is the ideal role for someone who has an incredible ability to spark immediate Rapport with the guests and clients. You will be an integral part of a highly professional team focused on delivering outstanding service and creating memorable experiences.**
**_This is full-time, permanent role (40 hours per week). The service hours are from Monday to Friday, from 8 AM to 5 PM on a shift rota basis, with flexibility as per client’s needs._**
**Main responsibilities**
- Coordinating the Floor Host team to a high standard to enable them to meet current and future team and client needs
- Communicating effectively through team talks, daily briefings, job chats, any information or changes to ensure the team are engaged with the overall vision for the contract
- Empowering and supporting the team, colleagues, and suppliers to deliver a great service
- Ensuring all training and competency records for each team member is maintained, and all policies and procedures are kept up to date
- Participating in project work and leading projects, as directed, and implementing any actions as necessary
- Assisting with developing succession plans to support the long-term growth of the business as well as individual development needs
- Supporting your colleagues and new team members through their probation periods to meet client and Rapport standards

- Ideally have previous experience as a Community Team Leader/Facilities Team Leader
