In this role, the PMO Specialist will provide technical leadership, direction, guidance and services with regards to the development and deployment of new/novel and disruptive project management methodologies, systems and ways of working to Rolls-Royce Submarines.

What you’ll be doing:
You will lead the development and deployment of new project management processes, tools, systems and training.
- You will need to embrace change and bring people with you for the journey.
- Escalate the new, novel and disruptive capabilities, competencies and training needed by the project management community.
- Be a company project management authority and maintaining that status by continuing professional development and networking with like professionals across Rolls-Royce plc, within wider industry and within professional bodies.
- Able to coach and develop others to become project management specialists.
- Proactively improve the supporting processes and performance of project management.

- Experience using Agile Project management tools and methodologies.
- Qualified to degree level in Project/Programme Management or equivalent
- Proven ability to lead and train all levels in Project/Programme Management competencies
- Proven people and stakeholder management skills at all levels of an organisation
- Proven experience of the delivery to cost, specification and time of packages of work or projects.
