South Thames College, Carshalton College and Merton College are looking for a Lecturer to assess learners who have a wide range of inclusive needs and ensure that learners are offered the maximum opportunity to meet their full potential.

Demonstrating inspirational teaching, learning and assessment practice, you will provide a rich and stretching learning experience for learners and initiate improvements in learner recruitment, retention, achievement and progression. This may include whole group, small group and 1:1 teaching. Demonstrating understanding, knowledge and offering guidance and support around key additional needs such as autism and dyslexia, you will work in partnership with the curriculum areas to plan a path for each learner along with specific targets which will guide and enable the young person to succeed and progress.
