Responsibilities:

- Perform general maintenance and repairs in residential and commercial properties
- Conduct routine inspections to identify any issues or repairs needed
- Repair or replace broken or damaged fixtures,
- Paint interior and exterior surfaces
- Handle basic plumbing and electrical tasks
- Respond to maintenance requests in a timely manner
- Maintain a clean and organized work area

Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a maintenance person or in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of various construction and maintenance tools and equipment
- Ability to troubleshoot and solve problems independently
- Excellent manual dexterity and physical stamina
- Good communication skills to interact with clients and team members
- Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively

Note: A valid driver's license will be required for certain maintenance person positions.
