Do you thrive when providing excellent customer service? Do you have a can-do attitude and are seeking a new challenge? We are currently on the hunt for a talented Reservations Agent to join our partner in the Glasgow area.

**Your rate of pay and hours of work**

The salary for this role is a generous £20,000 to £23,000 per annum.

Due to our client being a 24-hour business, you will work on a shift basis to cover 8am to 9pm, Monday to Friday, and be required to work one in every four weekends of the month. These shifts will include a mixture of early, late and standard day shifts. You may need to work additional hours or weekends to cover large events.

This organisation is located just a short drive from Glasgow, with great transport links available nearby. Despite small beginnings, current turnover is in the region of £4/5 million, with increases expected as the company continues to thrive.

**Responsibilities within your new role**

In your new role as a Reservations Agent, you will be responsible for being the first point of contact for all that connect with the company. You will take reservations, produce quotes, communicate with other teams internally and allocate transport for each hire, along with generally ensuring the smooth running of day-to-day business.
